INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – (Updated 7/12) Now official that Aaron Hogg, is leaving Washington to be the coach at Indianapolis Arsenal Tech. Hogg was 48-55 in 5 years at Washington. Last year’s Continentals went 14-13, but good Varsity Club member reports just about everything departs along with Coach Hogg. Six seniors graduated, and all that remains of proven varsity play is two jrs-2-b: 6-2 guard Roosevelt Franklin (9RPG) and 6-2 forward Cameron Brewer (4PPG.) Several openings still GW as far as teaching goes.

HH Varsity Club Insider: Eastside boys opens with Empty Cupboard

yzlmhahptsbv77olpzv6

Eastside boys - Departing David Prokop
BUTLER, Ind. – (Updated 6/20) Now official that Eastside job will be open. Last season the Blazers were 8-15, and a good Varsity Clubber reports five seniors graduated and with them go virtually all varsity level contributions. Another report sends the same message - Nothing going on but the rent in terms of proven talent. Of the underclassmen that did see the court, none of them could be counted on for more than an occasional bucket. Rebounds and post defense equally weak. Back court may even be worse. JV was routinely rolled going just 4-18. Varsity Clubber adds 6-10 8th grade will not be much help. A bit of light way down the tunnel, a 12-2 7th grade may aid eventually. Put simply, it’ll be tough in Butler for a few seasons. Openings include HS Bio, MS Science, HS/MS Sped, and HS Career Tech/Business(?) Stipend $12,000
