Caston won the prize for the longest sectional drought ended...1985. 39 years. Lawrence Central was second at 1987. Only new winner was Parke Heritage who just opened in 2020( Rockville who merged with them won in 2018.)
Othor drought enders were:Woodlan 90, New Prairie 2000, Laville 03, Lewis Cass 05, Speedway 10, Scotttsburg 12, Northeastern 11 and South Spencer 06.
Now the regionals..29 schools back from last year. 17 are defending their title.
