I saw this job posted on the DOE site. Will this not be the fourth straight year of getting a new coach?
I really think with all the short stays, it is starting to show players, parents, school boards, or all three are taking a toll on younger coaches and they are getting out before they get in too deep. Not saying that is the case here, but I feel like young coaches are not sticking around long.
