As everyone here knows, Sectional 62 is the pinnacle of boys' small school basketball in Indiana. This sectional is the home of 4 schools (Barr-Reeve, Loogootee, North Daviess and Orleans) which have hung Boys' State Championship Banners and 3 coaches (Dalrymple, Thompson and Bradley) who wear a Blue Ring. Coach Howington adds another brilliant coaching mind to this illustrious group. Besides the obvious " win this sectional and you are an automatic state contender " ... the regular season rivalries just got even more intense with the coaching changes and Orleans being the defending champion. How long do we have to wait for the season to start ?
Just thinking - - Wouldn't this 4-team classic sell-out the Hatchet House over Thanksgiving ! Not a good thing for the coaches tho !
