Can anyone tell me what the rule about 8th graders participating at high school practices is and where it can be found.
I have been told so many things yet can only find that graduates cannot come back and practice.
I have been told that boys teams and girls teams from same school cannot scrimmage. I have also been told 8th graders and JV teams cannot scrimmage.
What is the rule. I know people do each, but I also know there is something that is not allowed and I need to find out before doing one or either of them.
