Job Openings Pace..

I just sent this in an email to a good Varsity Clubber, and thought it might be worth sharing here as well.

I was looking back at last year, and we reached 100 coaching changes/openings on June 1. This year we are already at 97 on May 1. I felt like they were coming a lot faster this spring, and it turns out it wasn't my imagination.

It might still cool off, and we could settle in at an average number, but right now we are way ahead of recent years' pace.
