Tippecanoe Valley boys - Departing Coach Joe Luce
AKRON, Ind. – (Updated 3/21) Tippy Valley was 54-21 in Coach Luce’s three seasons. Last year was a great one as the Vikings went 20-6 overall and 5-0 in conference play. Valley won the first ever Indiana Northern State Conference title. Their 20 wins were the most in a season since the 2012-13 team went 20-4. Varsity Clubber reports 6-6 sr-2-b Stephen Akase is likely the only starter back as five seniors depart with Coach Luse. Akase is the real deal according to area reports (13PPG, 9RPG.) One unconfirmed report of potential portal situation, but again, nothing concrete. Average JV about .500. HS Ag and Eled Sped only jobs available at this point.
