Delphi girls - (Updated ¾) Interim Coach John Gasser went 4-2 after taking over in January for the retiring Dan Dawson. The Oracles went 18-6 on the season, and look to be LOADED for next year. Delphi graduates just one senior and less than half a ppg. Every contributor is expected back, and Delphi could very well be in a position to make noise on the state level. The Hoosier Conference has been a tough go for some time, as the 7-team group has routinely produced state ranked teams. Still no picnic next year, but Delphi should be counted among them. Many mixed Varsity Club member reports regarding Coach Gasser's interim status. This one should have a more focused look at exactly what will go into any coaching search, but as of right now, more questions than answers. It is believed, that if this becomes listed as open, Delphi will have teaching openings in which to work with.
