Argos girls - Departing Coach Scott Jennings
ARGOS, Ind. -- (Updated 3/1) Now official Coach Jennings will not be on the sidelines next season for the Dragons. Last year Argos was 10-14, and a good Varsity Club member reports only three seniors leave. However, and this is a big however, one of those is 30PPG Samantha Reddinger who dropped in well over 50% of the Dragon points this season. Three underclassmen did log considerable varsity time last year, each going for about 6-7PPG. Two even garnered all-conference second team honors. Report states they proved effective and will likely take the logical next step now that there are more shots available for the rest of the squad. Chief among them is jr-2-b post Ellie Bollenbacher who led the team in rebound as a soph. Teaching gigs are limited at this time in Dragonland: MS ELA, HS ELA, Stipend: $5700
