Coach Matt Crawford, in his third year at CC, was able to lead the ladies to this long overdue title. The Lady Bulldogs defeated North Vermilion 59 to 38 in the title game.

The team celebrated by receiving a police escort home from Attica after their big win.

The team with only twelve girls in the program was anchored by two seniors, Allison Robbins and Addison Sheets. Kendall Davison, a junior, was also a standout. The Bulldogs also started one sophomore and one freshman.

Their Junior Varsity ended their season 11-0 as the coaches were able to mix and match the two squads.

The Lady Bulldogs will meet Northfield at noon at Wes-Del on Saturday.

Coach Crawford, a graduate from Northridge and Goshen College previously coached boys at several schools, but switched to the girls three years ago.
