I have a question of legality.

I just saw where Hoosier Basketball Academy is having AAU tryouts for 14u-17u. The tryouts are December 17. I had a softball girl a few years ago, go to a practice of another team while we were in season and she got suspended three games. Is this not the same thing. I am just wondering.
