Junior high game tonight and there was an intentional foul on the opposite end on the teams basket? They shot free throws and was given the ball back under the opposite basket where foul took place. I thought this was correct, but some guy who thought he was mr. ref of the year cam screaming from the stands (holding a baby) telling the ref he was wrong that rule was changed several years ago. I have seen it done that way before where the ball is taken out after the FT at the place of the foul. SO what is correct?
