Indy Star's Kyle Neddenriep reporting: Phil Washington has been removed as boys basketball coach at Crispus Attucks and transferred to Arlington HS following IHSAA investigation.
IHSAA investigation centered around two Anderson players who transferred to Attucks and ruled ineligible for athletic reasons.
Washington had a meeting at IPS this afternoon and was removed as coach. He said he will pursue avenues to regain his job. More to come.
