After blowing a third quarter double digit lead on Senior Night to Medora, WC bounced back to finish the regular season with a victory at Loogootee on Saturday.
Congrats to Coach Howell on an 8 win season so far, the most in five years. The Cardinals don't exactly play a tough schedule, but with the third lowest enrollment in the state, and not enough players to field a JV that's pretty darn good. They also beat North Daviess earlier in the season. Granted, both the Cougars and Lions are down this year, but I bet that hasn't happened since the Mike Adams years in the early 1990s.
