There seems to be a large amount of separation between coaches and referees about the EURO STEP. I understand that taking 2 steps is a travel BUT watch a pregame layup line. Every kid takes 2 steps prior to shooting a layup. SO, why is a EURO-STEP a travel and a regular layup not a travel?????
