Yesterday in Sullivan-West Vigo game….2 officials blow whistle simultaneously. One has a block, one has a charge. After conferring with 3rd official they decide to call both fouls…the block and the charge. Is this the right call (which I don’t think it is), and if so, please explain how both could occur at the same time? That seems like an impossibility to me…has to be one or the other.
