In a few threads on my FB I have friends who are complaining that IHSAA is assigning too many white officials to predominantly black games
Every official I have met on here has never seen color so I have no opinion and can't see any of my friends giving a shit whether they are officiating black , white or purple. THey just get the call right.
I know how we have covered the assignment process but I can't scare up a thread right off the top.
Anyone here that can outline the process step by step?
