Curious if this subject has ever been broached. Officials in box score by number of fouls called? If officials would rather not have names listed, perhaps each could be assigned a different license number, and a tally could be recorded regarding how many fouls each calls.
It would be interesting data for sure. I would think officials themselves would be interested in seeing how they stack up with officials throughout the state. I would think that as the season went on, the avg number of fouls called per game would be a very intriguing statistic. It would be an easy record in the scorebook as each foul is logged.
