Refpay

is anyone else having issues with refpay? It is supposed to be quicker, but the check I go last night is already in the bank and the refpay from Sat. has yet to make it there. The school sent it I accepted and deposited it, yet still not there. When I called got a message stating they were too busy to answer calls. So I emailed at 8:30 A.M., got a response at 7:00 P.M. that said it usually take 2-3 days. So how is that quicker? I may ask upfront on the smaller games and if it is refpay, I may decline games. I have had nothing but headaches with it even during volleyball. Others I have talked to have as well and some ADs say they would rather not use it anyway.
