scenario 1
Player A has ball and gets fouled resulting in free throw attempts because of bonus. Before official can report the foul player A receives a Technical for "jawing" at the opponent. (T was deserved). The T also happens to be Player A's fifth foul. Who takes the free throws for team A?
We have already had this happen twice in our first 3 games this year. Once, the refs made the team sub and the sub took the free throws. Once the refs let player A take the free throws and then subbed him out.
Scenario 2
Player B is fouled in the act of shooting. The ball goes in the basket, but is waived off due to offensive basket interference by team B. (Player hit net while ball was above cylinder). How many free throws should player B get?
I feel like an entire case book could be written from our opening few nights.....
