Question about a weird situation

Last night a foul was called as time expired at the end of the half. 3 shots are awarded. While the shooter is shooting the other team leaves the gym to go to the locker room walking directly behind the basket that the shooter is shooting at. The coach of the girl shooting goes nutso claiming it's against the rules to do so because it is a distraction. What is the ruling? Is there a ruling?
