Lot of discussion in Greenwood about Center Grove football player that donned blackface on his way home from 6A State Championship game Saturday night. Some are wanting him punished while others claim he wasn't aware of all that blackface has come to represent. There is even a petition going around to get him expelled.
Being a hardcore Greenwood fan, there is no love lost for those on the westside from me. However, I do hate it for all those involved. Can't even imagine the coaching staff relishing their championship on the bus ride from Indy only to get back to this.
