Danny Thornburg knew how to be a leader, both on the basketball court and in the classroom.
The former Central basketball player and Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame 2012 inductee died Friday, and was remembered by his love for teaching, humor and kids. He was 82.
"He was a people person," his wife, Carol Thornburg said. "He liked to do things for people, he was funny and he liked to tease people."
