Morristown High School joins Numerous D1 Universities in Donating Shoes and T-shirts to Houston

[A former Indiana University basketball coach is calling on schools across the country to donate team gear to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey. Now, Indiana schools are coming through with shirts and shoes.

Former Indiana University basketball coach Kelvin Sampson is now the head coach of the University of Houston Cougars. On Monday, he posted a tweet asking coaches from across the country to donate 20 of their school's t-shirts and 10 pairs of shoes to help those in need after Hurricane Harvey. He asked coaches at every level - high school, junior colleges, Division I through Division III and NAIA teams - to send gear.
