1. The writer clearly doesn't get that the Jimmys and Joes that helped Bellmont to their halcyon days have not been on the roster for the last several years. Wonder if this guy really believes a coach creates a player the likes of Colclasure etc. Obviously can coach players up, but there hasn't been anyone the caliber of the players mentioned for some time.
2. Not sure that I have seen farewell words from a coach written out to such an extent in a paper or otherwise. Also not typical coach-speak to refer to past program leadership in such negative light. The writer even referred to it as a shambles.
