Memorial Tribute Planned for Patricia L. Roy
Patricia L. Roy, who retired as an assistant commissioner in 1999, passed away Tuesday, May 23 in Ave Maria, Florida where she resided. She was 78. A memorial tribute is scheduled for Sunday, June 11, in the North Central High School Auditorium at 1801 E. 86th Street, Indianapolis. Guests may enter at Door #31 beginning at 2:30 pm ET with the tribute to begin at 3 pm ET
