We will have a whole new group of fans coming into town this Saturday, so welcome. Everyone will be coming from the north, so the best way to get to the Arena is to follow IN 9 south to 26th Street, turn left go two blocks and you're there. Those from Angola coming down I-69 need to exit at IN 18 and follow it west thru downtown and on out to IN 9 and then turn left. Parking is on both sides of the Arena and in the teachers lot that runs along the east side of the school from 26th St.
There are plenty of restaurants along IN 9 north and south of 26th St. for a bite to eat. If they are busy, many of the same places are 2+ miles north on 9 around the intersection of IN 15, known locally as 5 points. Sit downs include Bob Evans at 26th St, Casa Brava, across from Wal-Mart in the Plaza with Starbucks. IHOP, near Wal-Mart, Rosie's Italian at 39th St and IN 9, Yamato Japanese Steak House & Sushi on 9 north of Spencer Ave., Applebee's in the North Park Mall & BW3 in the mall out lot (not much of the mall is occupied). There is also a nice family owned pizza place on N. Washington St. called Brooks Upper Crust and the best way to get there would be to follow 9 to the north end of town, cross the river bridge, turn right after the bridge and follow Washington St. to the 4 way stop at Highland and you're there. It should be a great day of basketball and again welcome.
