Kyle Cox to plead guilty

Per WTHR Kyle Cox has reached a plea bargain deal.

Prosecutors will not ask for more than 14 years and the defense will not ask for less than 10 years.

I would imagine the next step on this is bringing charges against those who failed to report on a timely basis.
