Our contestants picked six different teams in Week 7, the most of any round in this year's contest. 2A #5 Evansville Mater Dei was the most popular pick, and the Wildcats responded by blanking the Bosse Bulldogs, 35-0. The largest margin of victory this week belonged to the 3A #9 Gibson Southern Titans in their 74 point shutout win over the Pike Central Chargers. 4A #5 Delta was the only one of our teams to suffer defeat, as the Eagles fell to the Pendleton Heights Arabians for their first loss of the season. 3A #4 Mishawaka Marian, 1A #2 South Adams, and 5A #2 Valparaiso all remain undefeated.
We have a new leader! hhsdawg regained the top spot for the first time since Week 4 with 384 points. Kdoades follows in second place with 379 after holding the lead for the previous two rounds. Ranger 20 and Rockman remain in third and fourth with 340 and 332 points respectively. Brett Deckard moved up two positions to complete the top five with 324 points. We're headed down the stretch with only two games left in the season!
