Goshen girls -Departing Coach Lenny Krebs
(Updated 4/18) - Coach Krebs departs to take the Warsaw position after fifteen seasons and 130 wins. Last year’s Redhawks went 8-15. Good Varsity Club member reports five seniors depart and a JV with very poor record. Goshen did have enough to field a freshmen team, but Varsity Club member reports they were regularly run out of most games. Decent guard returns in sr-2-b Jill Kissinger, a multi-year letter winner. Varsity Club member asks if it is time for long-time asst Jack Beer to finally take over? Other early names mentioned include inside Shaun Hill and Kim Swain. That being said, Varsity Club member indicates admin may well look outside as well. High school positions include Math, Spanish, and science. Middle school positions: French, German, Art, and Spanish. Varsity Clubber goes on to report 7th grade went 15-7 last year. 8th not as promising going just 5-12.
