St. Joe boys – Departing Coach Mike Bauer
South Bend, Ind. – (Updated 3/26) DOE now lists St. Joe as open. Coach Bauer has led the Indians the last five years posting a 77-44 mark. Most recently, St. Joe went 15-9. Varsity Club member reports six seniors filled St. Joe’s roster last season. With their departure goes just about all things varsity. Varsity Clubber does point to potential on the horizon in soph’s-2-b 5-9 Phillip Robles, 6-4 JR Konieczny, and 6-6 Adam O’Dell. While next year will likely be one of building for the underclassmen, Varsity Clubber reports plenty of size should be back. Although most have not been asked to bear the weight yet. 6-2 sr-2-b forward Conner Ratigan will be asked to do a lot more. As well as classmates 6-10 center Alex Mossey and 6-5 Ben Terry.
