Oak Hill girls - Departing Coach Clay Bolser
CONVERSE, Ind. -- (Updated 6/8) Now official that Coach Bolser will not be back after two seasons with the Golden Eagles. Last season Oak Hill was 8-16. The year before that they finished a similar 8-15. Good Varsity Clubber reports scoring has been one of the biggest issues, and odds are that trend will continue. The Eagles graduated their only double digit scorer (11ppg playing at Earlham next year,) and while some underclassmen earned varsity letters last season, they only marked the scorebook for a couple of buckets each. 5-4 jr-2-b guard Taylor Holloway is reportedly a good one to build on though. Varsity Clubber reports she will likely have the ball in her hands much of the time. JV was competitive. Last year’s 8th grade was 11-6 and finished conference runner-up. Good Varsity Club member reports looking way down the line, last year’s 7th grade was 18-0. So better days ahead for sure. Plenty of teaching positions to work with including MS Social Studies, Multiple upper Eled, MS Science, HS PE/Strength, HS English, HS Social Studies, more to come
