North Newton boys – Departing Coach Tyler Marsh
(Updated 5/15) – Now confirmed that Coach Marsh has resigned. Good Varsity Club member reports four seniors depart but taking with them about 25 points of offense from last year’s 4-19 squad. Some height reported in jr-2-b class. Varsity Clubber also goes on to state nobody’s going to light up scoreboard. 6-0 sr-2-b Kyle Geller probably the best of the batch. He dropped in 9 a game last year. All others good for a couple of buckets maybe. JV and frosh teams reportedly routinely run out of games this year. Both assistants from last year reported as potential candidates: Michael Montemayer and Sam Zachery. HS/MS Math open
