DUBOIS, Ind. -- (Updated 4/11) Coach Chinn resigns his basketball position to take over as new principal. Last season Chinn led the Jeeps to a 17-6 mark and 5-3 3rd place Blue Chip Conference finish. (Washington Catholic, Rivet, North Knox, Wood Memorial, South Knox, Loogootee, Shoals) Varsity Clubber reports Jeeps graduate two seniors including second leading scorer and leading rebounder, but should return leading scorer (17ppg) in 5-10 sr-2-b Rhylan Kalb (1st team All-Conference.) Several underclass letter winners expected back, but report states none were consistent scorers. 12-6 JV squad may foster some competition for playing time. Average middle school teams, but good numbers reported.
