(Updated 5/1) – Can now confirm the many rumors regarding this job. Coach Wonnell will not be returning as coach or AD next season for Tindley. Coach went 155-87 during his ten seasons with the Tigers including this year’s 1A State Title. A title run that was an odd trip that included beating no less than 6 non-publics. Conflicting reports regarding whether or not an early February game where Wonnell did not coach was a suspension or whether that was a past of the end of his days at Tindley. He was not listed as AD for the State Finals game.
