Knox boys - Departing Coach Rob Krueger
KNOX, Ind. -- (Updated 3/26) Reports now that Coach Krueger will not be back for an 8th season at Knox. Last season the Redskins were 9-14. Varsity Clubber emails that the incoming coach will likely inherit a proven roster of underclassmen minus just one graduating senior. THis includes two all-conference srs-2-b. In another sign that the underclassmen were developing, the team played above .500 basketball after the New Year. Not a ton of height beyond 6-6 sr-2-b Declan Austin, but top three scorers and rebounders due back (which includes Austin) as well as PG. JV described as below average. Last year’s 8th grade won conference. Current openings include Eled, HS Spanish, and HS SS. 4/8 Apps deadline
