Jeffersonville boys – Departing Coach Andrew Grantz
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – (Updated 3/11) Coach Andrew Grantz has resigned after two seasons with the Red Devils to focus more time on his family. Last year Jeff was 9-12 and .500 in Hoosier Hills Conference play. (HHC: Columbus East, New Albany, Floyd Central, Seymour, Jennings Co, and BNL) Good Varsity Club member reports Jeff graduates virtually the entire locker room. Reports it was a locker room in turmoil all season for several reasons. Injuries, an extended hiatus due to COVID-19, suspensions, and even Coach Grantz hospitalized for a period due to pneumonia all played into the circus of a year for Jeff. Jeff has often times looked outside for its hires, however, a potential inside name being mentioned is Blake Snodgrass. (More to come!)
