Greensburg boys - Departing Coach Stacey Meyer
GREENSBURG, Ind. -- (Updated 3/31) Coach Meyer has resigned now at Greensburg. Coach put together 17 seasons at Greensburg, Meyer’s teams won 11 sectional championships, 3 regional championships, 2 semi-state championships, and 2 Class 3A State Championships (2013 & 2014.) The Pirates are coming off a 20-7 Sectional championship season, with 3 starters are expected back. That’s the good news. Trouble is that all leading scores depart, and while there are starters coming back, they were not those driving the bus. Greensburg will be hard pressed to touch last year’s win total. Not much going on with a losing JV team last year. Apps deadline is 4/12.
