Fremont boys – Departing Coach John Wysong
(Updated 4/7) – Can now confirm Fremont is officially open. Coach Wysong will not be back after two seasons (14-9) (16-7) with the Eagles. Fremont is a member of the twelve team Northeast Corner Conference. This roster is as empty as empty gets. Varsity Clubber reports seven seniors depart and nearly every conceivable statistical area devastated by graduation. Report goes on to state JV..not good. Could be a rough spell for Eagle basketball. Good Varsity Club member reports Fremont not likely to have any teaching positions beyond special ed, and is will to hire lay coach or teacher from surrounding school system that would be willing to commute etc.
