Portage girls - (Updated 4/4) As was speculated, Coach Chris Seibert has departed to accept the Crown Point position. Coach went 59-77 during his six seasons with the Indians. Good Varsity Club member reports Portage front runner should probably be Marc Bruner. Former Bishop Noll and Wheeler head man, Was assistant last 3 years at Portage and is in building already. Portage loses 2 starters, one being leading scorer but do return some quality in junior and senior (senior PG Kaitlyn Steers the best returner) to be classes. Feeder program not in great shape so plenty of work to be done at lower levels.
