Bloomfield girls – (Updated 6/2) Now official that Coach Chris Hitchcock will not be returning to the Cardinals after an 11-12 season last go round. Coach won 64 games during his six seasons there. Good news for incoming coach is that entire varsity roster is expected back as no seniors suited-up for the Cards last year. Good Varsity Clubber reports no world beaters wearing red but a solid bunch that gets after it with no less than seven that can hit double figures on any given night. Rebound is by committee as well, but reports are that this is a fun group to coach. Bloomfield did field a JV squad last year but consisted of just six girls. Admin would like to pair with Social Studies grades 7-12.
