Pike Central girls – Departing Coach Shawn Warner
(Updated 3/27) – Coach Shawn Warner will not be returning for a fourth season with the Chargers. Pike Central was 18-52 during his three years there. Last year’s team posted a 6-17 mark. The Chargers have been up against it for a while now, not posting a winning season since the 2006-07 campaign when they had a really nice year winning 19 games. Varsity Club member reports it’s been nearly that long since they’ve won a Sectional game. Inside interest.
