Free Throw Lane Violation Question

Team A is shooting the FT. Team A's offensive rebounder, flinches/leans but regains balance and does not go in the lane early. Team B's man goes in the lane early. Shot is goes in but waved off, because defense was drawn into the lane by the offensive player.

Is this the right call? I don't completely understand.
