Bloomfield boys – Departing Coach Matt Britton
Updated 6/14 -- The Greene County Daily World is citing sources that Bloomfield boys coach Matt Britton has resigned to spend more time with family. Britton led the Cardinals for five seasons (74-47) and culminated in last year’s 26-4 season that resulted in a State Finals appearance. Britton has a 156-95 record in a ten year career. Last year’s group was special for sure, but newspaper reports 69 percent of its scoring and 60 percent of its rebounding all depart through the diploma. JV:12-7 Frosh: 10-5 8th:11-6 7th:4-13

Knightstown boys - Departing Coach Bob Allen
Updated 6/14 -- Good Varsity Club member reports Panther job is open as Coach Allen departs to take an assistant job at Cathedral. Varsity Club message board post has JV Coach moving up. Backed up by multiple email reports. If it goes another way, and this opens to the outside, I’ll post more. However, the short version is six seniors depart and all were major contributors. Only 5-10 soph-2-b guard Dylan Hiner returns with any real quality varsity minutes (8 PPG.) Varsity Clubber reports he could be decent, but was added immensely by the upper classmen on the court with him this year.
