First year girls basketball coaches

who's making an impact and who's regretting making a move? Seemed like there was a lot of movement with new coaches. I've seen Avon and wasn't impressed. I've seen Brownsburg and they looked "ok" but not what I expected. Pike looked like they are thriving. Anyone else get a chance to see some of the new coaches?
