The Indiana Fever entire team kneeled tonight for the anthem as a team what are your thoughts. Because with High school seasons about 6 weeks from tip-offs it is going to happen and what will the consequences be or can there be any. Instead of getting pissed when it happens why don't schools starting think ahead.
In actuality the message is being received and it is non-violent protest. I have said this before I think these people kneeling may actually be more respectful of the flag than many that stand. Nascar drivers are all talking and messing with their kids, HS volleyball players start swinging their arms, singers that sing the anthem are in hats many times, NBA is looking around, talking, baseball is done when they are not out there. At the least the kneelers are quiet and actually looking towards the flag. They are not talking, turned around, etc.
