Cowan girls – Departing Coach John Skinner
Muncie, Ind. – (Updated 4/8) Last season the Blackhawks finished 10-16, and captured their first ever Sectional title. Good Varsity Club member reports that roster will lose three contributing seniors. However, good news in that last year’s leading scorer is due back, and 5-11 jr-2-b Kaylee Kear. She’s also leading rebounder. Her presence in the post grew as the season went on. Varsity Clubber indicates real challenge will be replacing ball handling. Tougher to do without a JV. No teaching jobs at this time.
