This was a remarkable season for all of our Grant County girls teams who all ended their regular seasons with winning records. Marion led the way with their best season since the Trena Keys/Judy Burns era of the early 80s at 20-3. The Giants won their first game of Hamilton Heights but now have to face Heritage Christian University who are playing up this season. So a promising post-season run will most likely end Friday evening.
Oak Hill and Eastbrook finished at 17-5 while Madison-Grant and Mississinewa finished 15-7. That's a combined record of 84-27 a .756 pct. Congrats to all of the ladies for making this a special year around here.
