The Jimtown article got me thinking....it seems that the best players some times don't coach for very long. Either they are not interested in the small minutia of the work, or they get frustrated because kids are not as good as they were.
Who are the best former high school players that have coached at least 10 years?
I know I am missing a ton, but Doug Mitchell comes to mind, as does Mosi Barnes.
I know Benter was a really good player, Heady played D2 at UIndy.
Who else were really good players...REALLY good players in high school and college that coach in Indiana?
