Coach Fouch in her 3rd season at Daleville won the schools first girls title in 45 years.
The former Muncie Central Bearcat player who also played 4 years at Taylor University looks forward to going back to Tri Central Saturday for her Regional battle.with her girls. She was an assistant at Anderson University and Muncie Central before coming to Daleville.
Coach Fouch said one of the best wins of the season was their defeat of her old school the Muncie Central Bearcats.
The Broncos defeated defending champion Cowan in the 1A first game and then knocked off Tri-Central in the title game. They will meet Northfield in the morning 2nd game.
Daleville was 9-13 going into the sectional but surprised Tri- Central and Cowan.
The Broncos had lost in the final game four times previously in 1987, 1989, 2012, and last year.
